FAQs

Everything you need to know about braces and payment at Diamond Dental Setia Alam. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Please chat with our friendly team.

Is RM150/month the total cost for braces?
No. RM150/month is the monthly review fee. You will also pay RM500 for orthodontic records before treatment begins, and RM500 at your bond-up appointment. Your dentist will explain the full cost during consultation.
What does "zero deposit" mean?
We do not collect a treatment deposit to get started. However, orthodontic records (RM500) and a bond-up fee (RM500) are required before and at the start of treatment. These cover essential diagnostic tools and bracket placement.
Who is eligible for the zero deposit plan?
Most patients are eligible. During your consultation, our dentist will assess your teeth and advise whether you qualify for the zero deposit option and which payment plans are available to you.
How long does braces treatment usually take?
Most cases take around 18–36 months, depending on how crowded your teeth are and how well you follow the dentist's instructions. Your estimated duration and review schedule will be explained during consultation.
What is included in the orthodontic records?
The RM500 fee covers a dental panoramic X-ray, lateral cephalometric X-ray, study models, and intra & extraoral photographs — all essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Yes. We are open Monday–Friday until 9:00 PM, Saturday until 5:30 PM, and Sunday until 5:30 PM — making it easy to fit treatment around your schedule.
